About

Taylor’s approach brings together tools and styles from different spiritual and contemplative traditions to meet one’s humanity and embody the mystery of what we really are.

Part healing, part waking up, part shamanic and relational - this is a path of mercy, adventure, tenderness, strength and courage, and ultimately loving everything.

About Taylor

Taylor encountered basic mindfulness meditation in his early 20s, simply as a way to restore some sanity amidst a stressful workplace in Washington, D.C. Quickly a larger spiritual exploration unfolded, filled with awakening experiences and a rapid takeover of commitment to the real. During this time he taught mindfulness meditation, and practiced Vipassana and later Zen Buddhism.

After moving from Washington, D.C. to Raleigh North Carolina, a new phase of spiritual life began, marked by incredible openings, energetic phenomena (kundalini), and a Dark Night process.

This new phase brought him to many new places to gain the training and support to integrate, embody, and heal. Taylor received support and training from many many places, but spent the most time with two primary guides (Craig Holliday and Chesaray) who themselves learned under Adyashanti, Jon Bernie, Jeannie Zandi, and a common yogic master teacher. He has been working with these teachers since 2019 and 2020.

Also during this time as a part of this broadening of interest and out of sheer practicality, Taylor worked with and received training in many modalities such as:

Today Taylor offers meditation and movement classes, as well as 1 on 1 sessional work.
