Join us for meditation class at the Naples Public Library (940 Roosevelt Trail) in June.
Saturdays at 10am. June 7th, 21st, and 28th.
There will be 30 minute guided meditation and discussion after. The group is free to attend, and donations are also welcome.
Together we learn to drop stressful thinking, to relax and allow, and to open to the tremendous intelligence of life and of our own true self.
Experienced meditators are welcome to bring their own practice, or open to the depth of the transmission in the space. Beginners are welcome to come along and learn how to sit in meditation.
This is a time to honor what our heart, our depth, wants most. To carve out just a little bit of time and honor what's most important.
If you have any questions, you're welcome to reach out to Taylor at TaylorShareContact@gmail.com.
About Taylor
Taylor has trained in many different meditation and spiritual traditions, including mindfulness, Vipassana, Zen, ancient yogic traditions, and more. Taylor's style emphasizes being present with what's here, and learning how to allow and make space for all aspects of our humanity. Even in the midst of emotional difficultly, we can discover how to be with our experience in a helpful way. As we open like this, we discover a maturity and inner resource that can inform our entire life.
