August events:
Join us for meditation class at the Naples Public Library (940 Roosevelt Trail) on August 30th at 10am.
There will be a guided meditation, and discussion after. The group is free to attend, and donations are also welcome.
Ordinarily we move throughout the day filled with reactivity and stress. This class will explore how to step out of our ordinary thinking mind and connect with fundamental wellbeing.
What does it mean to call upon our true nature for support? How do we let go of difficultly and be led by something higher?
Join us as we explore these topics and more.
